Do Freebird Rewards expire?
After 12 months of inactivity: your points, tier status, and rewards will expire. If you were in a higher tier than Insider, you will be moved down and reset to Insider (tier 1).
How do I earn points?
You will earn one point for every dollar spent on FreebirdStores.com and at our Brick & Mortar locations. Points will also increase as your Tier status levels up! Additionally, points can be earned by completing the campaign actions under the 'Ways to Earn Points' section of the Rewards Page.
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
There are multiple reasons you may not have earned points on your purchase:
You must have the product for 45 days before points will be earned (this is in line with our 30-day return policy and gives some extra time for shipping).
You may have canceled or returned your order. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your balance.
Double-check that you didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points.
You'll only earn rewards points on purchases made directly on our official website, FreebirdStores.com, or in our Brick & Mortar Stores. Please note that purchases through third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram won't qualify for rewards points.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points in increments of $20, up to a maximum of $60 per order at checkout. Alternatively, you can redeem your points for products shown under the ‘Redeem for Products’ section of the Rewards Page. Please note, the products cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens to my points when I return items that I bought with Freebird rewards?
If you make a purchase using rewards points and decide to return, the points used will not be added back to your account. We recommend exchanging instead of returning. Please contact us if you have additional questions at orders@freebirdstores.com.
How does ‘Points for Products’ work?
If you have eligible points, you may use your points to redeem for one of the products under 'Points for Products'. Keep in mind, you must have at least one item in your cart to redeem a product and only one product is redeemable per order.
*Items redeemed with points are Final Sale and ineligible for returns and exchanges.
How do I receive my birthday reward?
To receive a yearly 30% discount code on your birthday, you can complete the birthday campaign under the 'Ways to Earn Points' section of the Rewards Page! Once the campaign is completed, we will email your special code on the day of your birthday!
This perk is a one-time use code that can be redeemed on any of the following collections within 30 days of receiving your discount code:
Womens
Mens
Hat, Bags, Belts, and Small Leather Goods
*Baby and Final Sale items are excluded.
Why didn’t I receive my birthday code?
If your birthday is LESS than 30 days away from the time it was added to your rewards account, you will need to wait 30 days from that date before receiving your birthday discount. If you’ve signed up for rewards AFTER your birthday, you will receive your code on your next birthday the following year.
How do I enter the Quarterly $250 Gift Card Draw? (Muse and Icon Tier Status Only)
If you're already a Muse or an Icon, no action is needed to enter the quarterly drawing! At the end of each quarter, a winner will be randomly chosen and contacted directly by Freebird Stores. The winner will receive an email notification to the email address linked to their Freebird Rewards account.
When do I receive my annual gift? (Icon Tier Status Only)
Congrats on achieving the Icon Tier status! Keep an eye out for your annual gift at the end of the year.
When do I need to reach Icon status to receive my annual gift?
You’ll need to enter Icon status before November 1st to receive your annual gift.
How do I get to the next tier?
Tiers are determined by how much you spend. The more you buy, the higher the tier and the better the perks!

Once a new tier is achieved, you have 12 months to enjoy the perks and spend the minimum amount in that tier to retain its
How long do I have to keep my Tier status?
To maintain your Tier status, you must meet the minimum spending requirement within a 12-month calendar year. Please refer to your progress bar under the ‘Level Up’ section of the Rewards page.
How Does Refer a Friend Work?
When you refer a friend, they’ll get $50 off their first purchase of $195 or more—and you’ll earn $50 off your next order! Keep in mind, there’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, so share the love as much as you want.
How Do I Refer a Friend?
Simply share your unique referral link with your friends. When they click your link and make their first purchase, you’ll receive your $50 discount code. You can track the status of your referrals anytime under the ‘Your Referrals’ tab on the Rewards page!
