SHIPPING & PROCESSING DETAILS
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of all orders, including those with expedited and international shipping. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery with free standard shipping. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated delivery date.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you’d like to expedite your order, you may select 2-Day Shipping or Next-Day Shipping at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of all orders, with expedited shipping. Expedited orders received after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Should you choose to return an item you paid to ship VIA expedited shipping, your shipping charge will NOT be refunded with your return. This charge is paid to our shipping carrier to ensure you receive your item in the allotted time frame selected at checkout.
PO BOXES, US TERRITORIES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to PO Boxes, all US territories, and APO/FPO addresses for orders under $500. Orders over $750 will need to be shipped to a physical address for signature confirmation upon delivery. 2-Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are unavailable for these destinations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer DHL Express shipping service for all international orders. The international shipping cost covers both shipping and duties and is calculated based on your order's subtotal. Please note the shipping times below are an estimated guide only. For the most accurate shipping times to your delivery location, please enter your postcode at checkout for an estimate. Online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

Freebird is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. Items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times. Should you choose to return an item, your outgoing shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilize an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, Freebird cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, regretfully, we won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon confirmation of your shipment, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package(s). In cases where you have ordered two or more items, please note that they may be shipped separately. As a result, you will receive distinct shipping confirmation emails for each individual item.
HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
It is our policy that all orders over $750 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. High-value orders will need to be shipped to a physical address to ensure secure delivery confirmation.
PRE-ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you have purchased an item on pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated shipping time frame. This time frame can be found directly on the product detail page and throughout checkout. Please note, this is an estimation of delivery and is subject to change. Should the pre-order item you've chosen have an estimated shipping date that exceeds seven days, your order will be charged prior to its shipment.
Orders with in-stock and pre-order styles will be shipped in multiple packages. Please contact our customer service team at orders@FreebirdStores.com or call 1-888-FREEBIRD with questions regarding pre-order items.
ORDERS EXCEPTIONS
Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any orders that are flagged as fraudulent or have characteristics of wholesaling. Please note this is due to an automated algorithm that once triggered will initiate a 180-day waiting period while the account is under review. During this time, Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any new orders associated with the customer profile originally flagged.
Freebird Stores is not in association with any 3rd party resellers or supports any type of drop shipping. As a company, we will do our best to protect our loyal Flock from falling victim to this activity.

FAQ
For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a package once it has been shipped. If the shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
