Orders and Payment
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number. Should you have any questions regarding your order or payment, this order number is used to identify your transaction.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Meta Pay.
AFTERPAY AND SHOP PAY
Afterpay and Shop Pay are third-party affiliate programs that allow you to place your order immediately but pay in four equal installments. These installments are made every 2 weeks with no interest. This payment option is only available for customers in the US.
Afterpay can be used in any Freebird Stores locations.
GIFT CARDS
Any gift card purchased on FreebirdStores.com can be used online or in our store locations. Please note, gift cards purchased in store prior to 5/1/22 that may only be redeemed in store and not online.
Treat Gift Cards as Cash; FREEBIRD is not held liable for any Gift Cards lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization.
SALES TAX
By law, FREEBIRD Stores, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. This is calculated by the third party Avalara. All charges will be applied to your order prior to order placement. For more information, please see our U.S. States Sales Tax page.
As of July 1st, 2022 Colorado has implemented a Colorado Retail delivery fee to all Colorado residents. This tax will be $0.29 and is applied within your taxes during checkout. The Colorado Department of Revenue has ruled the fee as non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS
Items purchased through third-party platforms, such as but not limited to, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok are ineligible for exchange. Customers must return, and place a new order. Please reach out to our customer service team for any questions.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to a sale item. Only one discount code will be applied at time of purchase.
If the item already has a discount automatically applied, another discount cannot be used.
Any "SITE-WIDE" promotions are only applicable to FULL PRICE items. *Exclusions may apply.
All items purchased on the "SALE PAGE" are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not include a prepaid return label due to their exclusive discounted pricing.
WAREHOUSE SALE
All items purchased from our Castle Rock location are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This location is unable to process returns or exchanges of any kind.
EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
Items bought with discount codes labeled "Exchange Only" or products tagged as such in the cart, checkout, and order confirmation email are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please note, we only offer price adjustments for orders placed within seven days of a promotion start date. Price adjustments are not eligible for items purchased through third party platforms or international orders.
ORDER EXCEPTIONS
Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any orders that are flagged as fraudulent or having characteristics of wholesaling. Please note this is due to an automated algorithm that once triggered will initiate a 180-day waiting period while the account is under review. During this time, Freebird Stores is unable to fulfill any new orders associated with the customer profile originally flagged.
Freebird Stores is not in association with any 3rd party resellers or supports any type of drop shipping. As a company we will do our best to protect our loyal Flock from falling victim to this activity.

CALIFORNIA SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Due to California Penal Code Section 653, the sale of python and lizard products is prohibited within the state. Therefore, we are unable to ship any of our python boots or accessories to California addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
CANADA SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Due to export licensing regulations, the sale and shipment of python products to Canada is currently prohibited. As a result, we are unable to ship any of our python boots or accessories to Canadian addresses.
